Golden Fern Resort

I was very disappointed with my stay at Golden fern resort. The room was dirty, the bed linen was musty and fungal. The food was bland and mediocre.The resort looked nothing like the pictures on their website. They are maintaining with minimal staffs and you won't expect luxurious. The only good thing was the view from the balcony, but that was not worth the price I paid. I would not recommend this resort to anyone. It was a waste of time and money. I give it 2 stars out of 5. The main thing I would like to say is that the breakfast provided was completely unsatisfactory. There are only 2 items for you to eat, which is not worth the cost of the stay.

Unfortunately, the hot water resource was not working during my stay, which was quite inconvenient, especially if you're staying in a colder climate or during the winter season. Food: I ordered fried rice during my stay, but I found it to be not very tasty. The only saving grace was the chicken 65, which was better in comparison. Given the price point, I expected better quality food. No Bills: The restaurant doesn't provide detailed bills for your meals and stay. No Menu with Fixed Rates: there wasn't a menu with fixed prices for each item. Instead, guests can choose from the available options without seeing specific prices. Breakfast: The morning breakfast offered by the resort did not meet my expectations, especially considering the cost of the room. It's essential that breakfast options are of good quality and variety to ensure guests start their day on a positive note. In summary, I believe the Golden Fren Resort needs to improve its services and pricing to provide better value for guests. Addressing the issues with hot water, enhancing the quality of food, and improving the breakfast options could significantly enhance the guest experience.

Bathroom door doesnt close properly, no tissue or needed amenities in bathroom, kettle wire looks damage so didnt use it, phone doesnt work... They had informed that the reception was 24 hours, but actually wen i had to checkout at 4 due to my flight, there was nobody in the premises despite calling and banging on the reception door.
